We design, manufacture, install and commission turnkey projects which include IT systems, SCADA, PLCs, variable speed drives, motor control centres and control and instrumentation systems.
Projects of all sizes and types are catered for; from simple panels and control software to large highly integrated systems. 
RCS is an authorised drives distributor for ABB. Our expertise in variable speed drives, motor control and industrial processes allows us to offer a consultancy service which can lead to significant energy savings for the customer.
The company operates an ISO9001 quality system covering all aspects of the business process which is subject to regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance at all times. This helps to ensure that a quality product or service is always delivered to our customers.

• Comprehensive test and certification for all control panels and software
• Installation including cabling
• On site commissioning
• Comprehensive documentation packages for systems which may include Functional Design Specification, Electrical Schematic Drawings, Test and Certification documents, Operation & Maintenance manual etc
• Energy surveys and advice on energy saving
• Supply of ABB drives - including application advice, installation and commissioning if required
  
• Gem80 upgrades - we have considerable expertise and experience in the upgrading of legacy Gem80 systems to current hardware or replacement with other PLC systems
• Service contracts which include a 24/7 callout service
• Supply of variable speed drives, PLCs, HMIs and SCADA products from most manufacturers
• Training - courses for most industrial control equipment tailored to the customer's process

Energy Surveys

We are able to carry out energy surveys of motor installations with a view to reducing your energy bills and carbon footprint. Modifications can often be financed with an interest free loan from the Carbon Trust.
